Data We Collect
- Contact emails and messages you send to ThreeRadius.
- Product usage data, such as pages visited and feature use.
- Analytics data used to understand site and product activity.
- Uploaded or input content if submitted to product tools, including math problems, prompts, and worksheet images.
- Technical logs, including device, browser, request, and error information needed to operate and protect the service.
How We Use Data
ThreeRadius uses collected data to provide the product, improve functionality, support users, prevent abuse, run internal analytics, and conduct internal marketing and keyword research for ThreeRadius products.
Third-Party Services
ThreeRadius may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, email, and AI model providers where applicable. These providers process data only as needed to operate, secure, analyze, or support the website and product tools.
User-Submitted Content
Math problems, prompts, worksheet images, or other content you submit to product tools may be processed to generate explanations, scripts, render previews, support responses, and service improvements. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.
Google Ads API Data
If ThreeRadius uses Google Ads API data, it is used only internally for keyword planning, keyword ideas, historical keyword metrics, market demand research, and preparation for potential marketing campaigns for our own products.
We do not sell, rent, sublicense, publish, or redistribute Google Ads API data.
We do not expose raw Google Ads API data to third-party users.
We do not use Google Ads API data to create advertising profiles for third parties.
Data Retention
ThreeRadius retains data for as long as reasonably needed to provide products, respond to support requests, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and improve our own products. Internal research records may be retained while they remain useful for product planning and compliance review.
Deletion and Contact Rights
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your messages or product submissions by contacting support@threeradius.com. ThreeRadius may need to retain limited records where required for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.
Security
ThreeRadius uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
